Ed Letchinger

Edward (Ed) Letchinger, Business Manager, brings a broad background of leadership experience in the non-profit, manufacturing, and computer services sectors of the economy. His background includes consulting work with non-profit boards of directors and community groups, as well as leadership and human resources experience as a project management analyst and as a comptroller in private industry and as the president of his own retail business.

Mr. Letchinger conducts our reference interviews, participates in research and strategic planning, monitors our contract compliance status, and is the administrative contact for all operational issues.

Most recently, he has worked closely with the search committee and done extensive research for the City of Philadelphia in their recent search for a Director of the Office of Behavioral Health/Mental Retardation Services, a new public entity, which will have an annual budget of over 970 million dollars.

He has a Masters Degree from the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago.
