Our staff members contribute to each search we conduct in unique and important ways.  While we each have a  primary role and function within our organization, our committment to excellence and to the principles of Inclusion enable us to provide each staff member with the opportunity to participate in our work to the broadest extent possible.  We encourage our staff members to stretch their existing skills and take on new challenges in accordance with their interests and abilities.
